Elemental Data Collection is fully compliant with The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for cell phone calling in the United States. We have invested in new technology to ensure 100% compliance with the act. Sixty-five of our CATI stations are connected to a separate PBX system that has no auto dialing capabilities and is not connected to our dialer – under no circumstances can a cell phone number “touch” our autodialer. This PBX system has a separate phone at the interviewer’s booth that is not hardwired to our auto dialer and requires the interviewer to manually dial the 10 digit phone number. Our manual dialing system still offers monitoring and call recording capabilities to ensure quality control standard are maintained.
